Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has secured four signings at Westfield St James Quarter in Edinburgh.
The launches include women’s athleisure brand Tala, Italian fashion label Subdued, Danish outerwear specialist Rains, and Australian fashion jewellery brand Harli + Harpa.
Three of the brands will make their Scottish debut at Westfield St James Quarter.
The new stores, which are due to open soon, will introduce over 7,000 sq ft of new fashion, beauty and lifestyle retail space to the shopping centre.
Tala has chosen the destination for its first store outside London, while Rains will open its first shopping centre location in Scotland.
The signings “reflect Edinburgh’s growing appeal to retailers expanding their UK presence and reinforce Westfield St James Quarter’s role as a gateway to the Scottish market,” according to URW.
The news follows URW’s recent rebranding of the destination as Westfield St James Quarter, bringing Edinburgh into the group’s Westfield network.
URW director of leasing, Northern Europe Constantin Wiesmann said: “These signings reflect the strength of Westfield St James Quarter’s proposition and its ability to attract ambitious brands looking to grow their presence across the UK.
“Westfield St James Quarter is uniquely positioned to offer them access to a highly engaged customer base, a compelling mix of retail and lifestyle experiences and the reach of the globally recognised Westfield platform.”
