New Look has reopened its refurbished Cribbs Causeway store in Bristol today.

The 9,044 sq ft store features a refreshed layout, dedicated spaces for its latest womenswear, footwear and accessories collections, and a new shopping concept for younger customers.

The refurbishment marks the debut of New Look’s first dedicated 915 space with its own branded entrance from the shopping centre, designed to give younger shoppers a more independent environment to explore fashion and discover their personal style.

The store also features a returns kiosk, forming part of the retailer’s wider rollout aimed at making online returns and exchanges more convenient.

To celebrate the reopening, New Look offered goody bags to the first 100 customers who make a purchase, alongside in-store prizes and complimentary coffee throughout the weekend.

The investment follows a string of store openings and refurbishments across New Look’s UK estate, including Lakeside, Milton Keynes and Stoke-on-Trent, as well as the opening of its largest-ever concept store at Metrocentre this summer.

It also comes as the fashion retailer pushes ahead with its omnichannel strategy, supported by a £30m investment in digital capabilities and the continued growth of its Club New Look loyalty scheme, which has surpassed one million members.

New Look chief retail and digital officer Mark Matthews said: “We’re delighted to reopen our Cribbs Causeway store and welcome customers back to a refreshed space that showcases the best of New Look.

“As we continue to invest in our stores, we’re focused on creating shopping environments that reflect how our customers want to shop.

“At Cribbs Causeway, that includes introducing our first 915 space with its own entrance, giving younger shoppers a dedicated place to explore fashion and develop their own sense of style.”

Sovereign Centros by CBRE senior director of asset management Iain Minto added that the refurbishment was another example of an established UK retailer investing in Cribbs Causeway as the destination becomes a hub for brands testing new concepts and product ranges.
